GeoPermits

The City of Indianola uses the GeoPermits software platform for all Community & Economic Development applications, payments and inspections. Through GeoPermits, residents and contractors can complete the following:

• Building Permits (including Demolition)
• Code Enforcement Complaints
• Driveway Permits
• Mechanical Permits
• Plumbing Permits
• Rental Registrations and Renewals
• Sidewalk Permits
• Tax Abatements
• Temporary Street or Sidewalk Closure Permits
• Urban Chicken Licenses

Please Note: Public Works is the department responsible for all Right-of-Way permits, Temporary Street/Sidewalk Closure permits and Vacation applications. Contact information for Public Works can be found at indianolaiowa.gov/527/Public-Works.
