Adults age 50 or older are invited for this free drop in program at the Indianola Activity Center.

Bring a mat, towel and water bottle for this class that meets in the Buxton Room at the Indianola Activity Center. During warmer months, the class may meet outdoors on the patio at the Activity Center.

There is no membership fee for most programs at the Activity Center; suggested donation of $2/week.
