The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for planting, mulching and staking 21 trees along the northside of Highway 92 between 2300 W 2nd Ave and 2616 W 2nd Ave for the City of Indianola.
It is the intent of the City of Indianola to enter into a contract offering the best proposal(s), as determined by the City, for the tree installation along Highway 92.

| Vendors with questions concerning the RFP may submit their questions in writing to Angie Buchanan, Horticulturist Supervisor, 2204 W. 2nd Ave, Indianola, IA 50125-0299; no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 3, 2021 either by mail, hand delivery, or email. Questions received, and answers the Municipal Government provides, will be e-mailed and/or mailed by March 5, 2021. Oral questions will not be accepted.
