The Indianola Wellness Campus is expanding how the community can use its spaces by offering facility and equipment rentals for both members and non-members.
The rentals are designed for private parties, gatherings and special events and are available during regular operating hours as well as select after-hours times with staff support. Complete details, including pricing and availability, are posted online.
Available spaces include the community room, racquetball court and gymnasium. The community room accommodates up to 81 people and includes tables, chairs and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and sink. The racquetball court rental includes racquets, balls and protective glasses. The gymnasium can be rented as a full court or half court, with exclusive use of the space and basketball hoops.
Equipment rentals are also available when reserving the gymnasium, including pickleball and volleyball sets.
After-hours rentals include an additional hourly fee and provide one staff member for assistance and building supervision.
Campus policies prohibit alcohol and tobacco use, and renters are limited to their reserved areas. Non-members may purchase a day pass to access other areas of the facility during regular hours. All rentals must be arranged with Operations Coordinator Diane Thomas, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice required. A 50% deposit and full rental fees are due at booking, with the deposit refunded after cleanup is completed and approved by staff.
