[ARCHIVED] Fireworks Ordinance Reminder: December 31-January 1

As the countdown to the New Year begins, the City of Indianola would like to provide a gentle reminder to all residents that consumer fireworks are permitted from 9 a.m. December 31 until 12:30 a.m. January 1, as outlined in Indianola City Ordinance 41.14.

Please celebrate the holiday responsibly. If you set off fireworks, please be courteous and kindly clean up after your festivities. Failure to comply with the ordinance may result in code enforcement penalties.
