City Ordinance 69.10 prohibits parking on any public street or alley during a Snow Emergency Parking Ban. Due to two or more inches predicted by the National Weather Service, the ban will be in effect beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, November 28.
The ban remains in effect for 48 hours after the snow has stopped falling or until the streets are clear. Vehicles may not be parked on the street during this time. Once the streets are cleared you may resume parking on the street.
If you must travel, please be safe and use caution. Keep an extra flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
