The City of Indianola is beginning the process of redesigning our official website, www.indianolaiowa.gov, with the new and improved version targeted to launch by January 2026. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts by completing a brief survey. Everyone experiences the website differently, and we're here to listen and learn from your experience.
The survey is focused specifically on website design – how the site looks, how it's laid out and how easy it is to find information. While we are not currently collecting input on new features or technical functions, your feedback on design elements and ease of navigation will help shape the structure and appearance of the new site.
