The Indianola Police Department and their families treated local kids to a special holiday shopping spree on Wednesday, Dec. 11, at Walmart, as part of the annual "Elves in Blue" event through the Indianola Police Department Community Outreach Program (IDPCOP).
Participants of the event were able to shop with an Indianola Police officer and then assist in having all of the gifts wrapped by staff and their families. The Indianola Police Department appreciates Walmart and their staff for their support and assistance in helping this opportunity be a yearly success for members of our community.
