Coming off the excitement from last week’s official announcement, the Indianola Downtown Main Street Board, in partnership with the City of Indianola, Indianola Chamber of Commerce and Warren County Economic Development Corporation, invited community members to learn more about Indianola’s Main Street Iowa community designation during a press conference, ribbon cutting and celebratory event on Thursday, August 15, 2024.
The press conference was held outside the Warren County Justice Center, featuring speeches from Indianola City Manager Benjamin Reeves, Main Street Iowa Coordinator Michael Wagler, Iowa Economic Development Authority Chief Operating Officer Molly Lopez and Indianola Downtown Main Street Board President Erica Roberts.
