On May 16, 2023, the first phase of the East Hillcrest Avenue Pavement Improvement project is scheduled to begin.
The area shown in green on the photo will be the first phase. The construction will be staged in multiple phases. The entire project is estimated to be completed by the summer of 2025.
Motorists are encouraged to be cautious in construction work zones and should plan to take alternate routes for access. Businesses located on Scenic Valley Avenue, 3rd Lane, and 6th Street may use Trail Ridge Avenue and Scenic Valley Avenue to access Jefferson Way.
