Beginning Monday, March 20, 2023, the east/west alley between South Howard Street and South Buxton Street will be closed as Downtown Reconstruction Project moves into the alley phases. The closure is necessary for public utility reconstruction, including electrical, sanitary sewer and water. This closure also includes the public parking lot located at 106 West 1st Avenue. The public is encouraged to use the public parking lot at 109 East 1st Avenue during this construction phase.
