The Indianola Fire Department, Indianola Firefighters Association and Indianola Noon Lions Club are flipping flapjacks at the 2025 Open House and Pancake Breakfast fundraiser!
This family-friendly event draws hundreds of residents who can enjoy "all you care to eat" pancakes and sausage. Coffee, juice and milk will also be provided.

- Location: Indianola Fire Department, 110 N. 1st Street
- Date: Saturday, May 10, 2025
- Time: 7-11 a.m.
- Fee: Free-will donation encouraged ($5.00/person suggested)
- Donation Cause: To raise money to purchase a Neomate infant restraint system.
“Adding this equipment to the inventory of each one of our four medic units enhances our ability to transport our most vulnerable patients,” said Indianola Fire Chief Aaron Hurt. “This equipment is a small addition that makes a big difference in ensuring the highest standard of care for our tiniest citizens in emergency situations.”
