Registration deadline - Adult Swim Lessons Session 1

Adult swimmers learn the basic swimming strokes and skills needed to be safe, and help keep others safe in and around water. Through guided practice, swimmers will gain proficiency in basic aquatic skills: treading, front crawl, breaststroke, side stroke, elementary backstroke and turns to build endurance.
