Mission Statement


As emergency responders to fires, medical emergencies and disasters natural or man-made the Indianola Fire Department protects the lives and property of residents and visitors.

The Department promotes public safety through its fire prevention, investigation and education programs. The delivery of the departments services enhance the life-style of this community and make significant contributions to the safety of Indianola, Iowa.
