A FREE running group for learning the basics of training and racing for all levels of runners. We run rain or shine, cold or heat - but we will wait for a storm to pass. All paces welcome, including walkers. If there is lightning, we will not run.
Prior to each run, there will be a 10 minute presentation great for those learning the sport. Have fun, meet other runners, and learn the basics of running while preparing for any of the many area races such as the Loop the Lake, Dam to Dam, Living History Farms & more.
