Diabetes self-management education is a proven intervention for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes. The American Association of Diabetes Educators
supports the use of this 6 week program as a quality, evidence-based curriculum that has been shown to empower individuals to take charge of their diabetes, avoid complications from the disease, and improve self-management skills.

Come join us for a day on the farm! We'll ride a tractor-drawn wagon out to the bar, where we'll have a chance to pet and feed our animals - sheep, goats, chickens, and horses! Kids can enjoy a pony ride as well. Please wear closed toe shoes. You'll have a great time making lots of furry friends. All children must be accompanied by an adult. A Wesley Woods Liability Waiver is required for each rider. Signed waivers must be returned to the Parks and Recreation Office by the registration deadline.

Register now for the youth track meet event of the year! It’s the kids’ turn to burn up the track! Winners of each event who are 7 & up will advance to the Live Healthy Iowa State Championship Meet in Marshalltown on Saturday, June 9.
Participants must compete in their age group according to their age on 12/31/2018. Track spikes may NOT be worn.
