    Presented by Community Health Partners Diabetes self-management education is a proven intervention for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes. The American Association of Diabetes Educators supports the use of this 6 week program as a quality, evidence-based curriculum that has been shown to empower individuals to take charge of their diabetes, avoid complications from the disease, and improve self-management skills.

  2. Tea for Two

    Mothers and Grandmothers, gather your little girls as we celebrate special women of all ages with a sumptuous afternoon tea party just in time for Mother's Day. Don your finest apparel (hat and gloves are acceptable!) and join us for finger sandwiches, decadent sweets, and, of course, tea (or lemonade). You'll create lasting memories as you enjoy fun activities and games and take a picture at our beautiful Selfie Station with your favorite girls. Dolls and teddy bears are welcome to come along as special guests!
