Aft er only 3-4 one-hour sessions, you can expect to trim as much as 1 to 2 inches from the hips, thighs, and abdominal areas. No impact based with isotonic and isometric principles for fast toning results. Also great for helping with aches and pains. Instructor is Alice Gaumer.

A FREE running group for learning the basics of training and racing for all levels of runners. We run rain or shine, cold or heat - but we will wait for a storm to pass. All paces welcome, including walkers. If there is lightning, we will not run.
Prior to each run, there will be a 10 minute presentation great for those learning the sport. Have fun, meet other runners, and learn the basics of running while preparing for any of the many area races such as the Loop the Lake, Dam to Dam, Living History Farms & more.

Whether you want to grow veggies in containers on your deck, or turn a corner of your yard into a place to grow vegetables, this class will help you get started. Instruction will cover soil preparation, planning your garden, planting and harvesting your produce. There will also be tips on maintaining your garden and keeping out the critters. Instructors Royce and Sue Thompson are Master Gardeners who have been gardening together for over 40 years.

Diabetes self-management education is a proven intervention for people with diabetes or pre-diabetes. The American Association of Diabetes Educators
supports the use of this 6 week program as a quality, evidence-based curriculum that has been shown to empower individuals to take charge of their diabetes, avoid complications from the disease, and improve self-management skills.

Give your child a giant step ahead in learning with this unique opportunity to move, learn, laugh and play, all while learning a new language. Rounded Minds™ is designed for children to start learning Spanish naturally and effortlessly through language immersion techniques. This high-energy soccer program is led by Coach Raul Cunarro who will introduce children to fundamental soccer skills by using creative games, positive reinforcement, and even songs. Children will learn the basic rules of the game while practicing sportsmanship and teamwork, all while learning basic Spanish. Children should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Shin guards are also recommended. This class will be held outside on the grass in front of the Activity Center. Please dress for the weather.
