    Every Monday night we’ll meet to ride all or part of the Summerset Trail. Ride to Banner Lake (10 mile round trip) or to Carlisle (21 mile round trip). Any level of cyclist is welcome! Led by CanoeSport Outfi tters and sponsored by Friends of Indianola Trails (FIT) and Indianola Parks & Recreation.

    Resistance bands are excellent tools for strengthening, stretching, and improving posture. Perfect for those just beginning a workout program, they are also easily adjusted to make the exercise more difficult for those advancing through their exercise program. Come join us and learn how to use these versatile and easily transported bands for your next workout routine. Free class for adults 50 or better. Strength bands will be provided free of charge. Provided by the physical therapists at Athletico Physical Therapy-Indianola.
