Softball Field Reservation Policy
Indianola Park and Recreation Youth and Adult Softball Teams
will reserve practice times at the coaches and managers meetings. There will be no fee for these practices since a portion of the registration fees already go towards field maintenance.Independent Competitive Softball and Baseball Teams
will be treated equally and reserve weekly practice time(s) once the Parks and Recreation teams have reserved their times. Frequency of weekly practice will depend on field availability. A meeting will be held to draw for practice times in April – June and again for July - September. To qualify to reserve a field, a team must
• have 75% of their team attend Indianola Schools.
• submit a roster with names, addresses, and phone numbers of coaches and players.
• pay in advance for their reservations at the rate of $10 per 75-minute practice time. If a reserved field is not used due to weather, the team should notify the Parks and Recreation office within 24 hours to receive credit.
