Indianola Hometown Pride

Indianola Hometown Pride

Earlier this year, the City partnered with several other Warren County Communities in forming a Hometown Pride program. Hometown Pride is a program that brings community members together to enhance their hometowns. The program aims to strengthen the economic and cultural vitality of Iowa communities by furthering the implementation of community and county plans. Hometown Pride provides each participating county, including Warren County, with a professional “Community Coach” who works with local leaders to build their base of skilled community volunteers, accomplish projects that make a difference in their hometown, and foster a sense of local stability and empowerment. As part of this initiative, each participating community will be establishing a committee to help identify and guide projects. If you are interested in participating, please complete the form found here and submit to Lorin Ditzler, Community Coach, at lorin@warrencountyhometown.com no later than January 5, 2018. For more information, please visit www.warrencountyhometown.com.  Click here for a copy of the Volunteer Interest Form.
