The City of Indianola will be accepting residential electronic waste at the Brush Facility from spring until fall during normal Brush Facility hours of operation. Residents are invited to rid their households of unwanted household electronic hazards. Substances found in household electronics can cause harm to people and the environment when not disposed of properly.

Items Collected

Items collected free of charge include:
  • Cell phones
  • Computer systems
  • DVD players
  • Fax machines
  • Printers
  • VCRs
  • Video game systems
Monitors and televisions will be collected for a fee as follows:
  • Console / projection - $30
  • Televisions / monitors - $15


Normal hours of operation are:
Noon - 7 p.m.

9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Noon - 4 p.m.
