Board of Adjustment

Duties
This board reviews applications for variances (i.e. zoning setbacks, lot area, off street parking, etc.), rules on special uses and structures listed, and listens to/decides upon appeals of administrative decisions.

* Please note that most applications require a City staff review before being placed on the Board of Adjustment agenda.  Staff review times vary, and if completed prior to the review deadline, will be placed on the next available Board of Adjustment agenda.
