This popular deep muscle-toning program develops muscular tone and skeletal strength so you look good and feel great. Measure your progress! Aft er only 3-4 one-hour sessions, you can expect to trim as much as 1 to 2 inches from the hips, thighs, and abdominal areas. No impact based with isotonic and isometric principles for fast toning results. Also great for helping with aches and pains. Instructor is Alice Gaumer.
The Zone is a drop-in program and students will check in with a supervisor when they arrive. Students leaving before 5:00 pm will also be asked to check out. Parents do not need to be present.
